Areas Of Expertise
Operations and Manufacturing
Originally founded as an Operations and Manufacturing Consulting firm in 2001, Applied Analytics consultants are leading experts in inventory planning, management and optimization (see Factory Physics for Managers, by Pound and Spearman). Our lead consultants have extensive years of experience at leading International Operations Management Consulting Firms and/or have held senior management positions at leading manufacturing companies where they have demonstrated the ability to drive sustainable change and improvement.
Business Analytics
After conducting Marking Engineering work for a major online publisher of financial news and reports, Applied Analytics broadened its service offerings into other Business Analytics functions including predictive P&Ls and sales reporting. Later, through 6 years of hands-on experience, the firm developed an expertise in Human Resource and Workforce Analytics within the Philippine BPO and service sector industries.
Leadership Development / Motivational Speaking / Team Building
Applied Analytics works with renown consultancy, John Clements, to deliver high quality Leadership Development programs utilizing the Case Study method with a focus on Harvard Business School cases.
We also have our own curriculum and content around what we call "Team Norms". See this article for more information. Additionally, we have spoken to many leading Philippine businesses about Leadership and Management (see sample here) and we facilitate interactive team building activities.
Change Management / Change Leadership
Applied Analytics Change Management consultants are trained and certified by Spenser Shenk Capers and Associates to deliver "Leading and Managing Change" workshops. We have also led and managed many Change Management consulting engagements. Our training and workshops follow the research of Ann Salerno and Lillie Brock. Workshops typically run 2 days for Change Leaders, 1 day for people undergoing change; workshops should be conducted for no more than 15-20 people to ensure appropriate interactions.
